HOW TO PREPARE FOR DAY OLD CHICKS (WITH PICTURES)

Its easy and simply, preparing for day old chicks is not as completed as thought. First of all you should be able to;

1. Cover the space to avoid cold( using polythene bags or locally sourced materials like cement bags)
2. you should provide a source of heat outside the lighting system,preferrably using a coal pot and coal, stove, gas e.t.c
3. Disinfect the surrounding and the  house with izal, dettol four to five days before the chick arrives.
   
   
4. Cover the flow with newspaper and endevour to change them everyday/ two days depending how dirty it is.
